There are a number of reasons that businesses fail; lack of capital is of course a big reason; being in the wrong business is another.
But two big reasons that businesses fail are;
1. Lack of market awareness, and
2. Lack of focus.
I want to talk to you today about these two reasons, because I believe I can help you overcome both of these reasons.
The lack of market awareness boils down to not having the right sales and marketing strategies and tactics in place. And lack of focus means that there are no business or marketing plans in place.
